I found Phillis through the Dave Ramsey website when I was looking for a realtor. There were three realtors two of them reached out through an automated text that someone from their team would reach out. I was disappointed, Phillis calls me while I am out shopping and she starts telling me about herself and explains the whole process she spends over an hour on the phone with me. I appreciate that about her, I unfortunately have an accident and we had to delay looking for a house. My husband kept asking me if I wanted to look for another realtor and I said no, that she was the realtor I wanted without meeting her. The best decision I ever made, she made herself available when I needed her answered every single question I had and I know I was very persistent but she was very patient with me. She was great in the whole process.
