Marcy offered great insight into the areas of Keller and Fort Worth for us. When the sellers weren't responsive, she regularly checked in for us. I don't think we would have been able to buy the house we wanted if it wasn't for her perseverance and advocating for us. We are very thankful for her. She was very patient and helpful in the situation where our young kids were with us. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone.

Tracy says she is hands-on and she means it. She did everything from helping us pull up carpet to scrubbing bathrooms to trimming trees. She even washed curtains! She researched historical elements of the house. She arranged and coordinated bids for work needed while I was out of town. She truly understood what made this house stand out and made sure those elements were showcased. She "got" the neighborhood and the market for this house.
