From the beginning Michelle was excellent, friendly, and professional. Any time I had a question she was on it with the answer or got an answer for me. She would even help in areas that wasn't her wheel house and got results. She offered suggestions for other services that she said had done well in the past for her clients. Failed to inform of standard buyback dates . Said would negoitate at a later date ... did not follow through. Did not follow through on verbal communications. Left trash throughout the property. Had to reach out to broker to get agent to complete tasks of removing debris /trash as had been agreed upon. Overpromised underdelivered. Failed to get listing price she had recommended pushed for several price drops that where unwarranted .
