Rebekah truly made our home-buying experience exceptional. As first time home-buyers, we needed an experienced and knowledgeable agent like Rebekah to guide us through the process. Rebekah always took the time to walk us through every little detail and explained everything in depth to make sure we were educated and prepared buyers. She was so patient with us and truly answered every single question we had, and even if she did not immediately know the answer, she would do the research to either get us an answer or point us in the right direction. Once we were ready to start touring, Rebekah set up a search engine for us based on our preferences and kept it updated to ensure we were getting the most up-to-date listings. When it came to touring, she was on top of it! Tours were usually set up and scheduled quickly, always perfectly timed out, so that we had plenty of time and never felt rushed to make it to the next appointment. Rebekah was always prepared with all of the necessary information on the home and answered all of our many questions. She was really good at listening to our likes and dislikes and always kept us very optimistic that our dream home was out there. When we did find our dream home, Rebekah was a great advisor to us and we felt confident going in with our offer. Her knowledge and expertise were indispensable and we could not have done this without her. From negotiating on our behalf, to guiding us through a stressful option period, Rebekah was there every step of the way. We closed on our dream home last week, and we are so grateful to have had the best real estate agent by our side. Armando did an excellent job helping us land our beautiful Texas home. We recently moved to the area and were initially interested in building. However, due to the rising costs of housing and building, we pivoted toward the resale market. Armando’s initial assessment of the area, costs, and what you get was spot on.
