Market experience is so important! Derick knows his stuff. He was never confused or surprised by any curveballs the seller was trying to throw. Derick is very responsive, even when my questions were ignorant or when I had my doubts about the entire process. He was respectful of my price requirements and never pushed in any way for me to pay more to make the sale. Negotiation skills - bottom line, if it wasn't for Derick, I would not have been able to buy the house I really wanted and would have had to settle for something else. If you are looking for a realtor you can trust to have your best interest in mind, Derick is your man. I highly recommend him. The Property was well marketed and a Great Effort in Preparing the Property for Showings. The Open Houses held were Marketed and the Agents who did the Open Houses put in a lot of effort in doing the showings. Communication between the Agent and the Owner was Exceptional and also maintained Good Communication between the Opposing Agent and the Owner. The House was Presented really well the Marketing of the House and the Effort that went into getting it sold was Remarkable. Glenda was on top of things, her Approach and style of Presenting the Property to the Public and the way she handled the entire Process was Extraordinary.
