We met Gabby when we were looking to purchase our first home and had no idea what was involved in buying one. She was very polite and professional and always there to answer our questions.  Within no time, she found us the perfect home and made sure the whole home buying process went smoothly, which made us feel at ease.  We also contacted her when it was time to sell our home as that part was stressful, but she took care of all the paperwork, the negotiations and made sure we were up to date on everything.   She also was very helpful in finding contractors to help with some of the remodeling we had to do.  She made us feel like we were more to her than just her clients. You will not regret choosing her as your real estate agent.  I would definitely choose her again when my time comes to looking for a new home.

Realistically I'll probably never move out of the DFW area. Furthermore I don't see myself leaving the area Lisa covers. Her retirement or my being forced to go somewhere else she doesn't cover are the only two realistic events that would cause me to use someone else. She stayed with my listing through things that most realtors, people really, would have noped out of. I can't go into too many details but I'll say someone interested in the sale was being just awful for no good reason, to the point where most people would have walked away. Not Lisa though. She stuck to it until the deal was done. I had all sorts of stressful things going on in my life, but thanks to Lisa selling the house wasn't one of them. She handled everything she was legally allowed to. It's honestly closer to working with a family member (that you like) than it is to working with a service provider. I'm shopping for new houses now and you bet your ass Lisa is the first person I went to to start that process.
