Tracy is a native of the Fort Worth area and has been a licensed Realtor with Helen Painter since 1999. She is also a 31+ year retired science and environmental educator, teaching in Grand Prairie ISD. Tracy truly enjoys helping make your dreams of owning your FIRST HOME, SECOND HOME, and RETIREMENT HOME as you progress through your home-ownership life. With her passion of educating people, as a first- time home buyer, she will take the time to walk you step by step through the process and to take all the mystery out of the paperwork. Her help can be invaluable. Her passion for the environment lead Tracy to continue her real estate education and receive her GREEN NAR Realtor Certification in 2000 – If you have questions about what GREEN means in relationship to your home, she is a great resource. (ONLY 170 agents in Texas currently hold this certification) As the baby boomers of Texas (of which she is one) age in place and search for ways to stay active and right size their living spaces. As a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist, Tracy can help you navigate those unknown waters as well. Brynn has called Fort Worth home for most of her life! After graduating from Aledo High School, Brynn went to Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas where she was a member of Delta Delta Delta, involved in intramurals, and had the opportunity of being an analyst for a multifamily commercial real estate group, The Go Getters at Keller Williams. Here she learned how to underwrite and the ins and outs of commercial real estate. After her Senior year, Brynn decided to move back home to Fort Worth and explore a career in residential real estate. Real estate has brought Brynn many goals, including being the best at putting her clients first. She has loved getting to know each client, their story, and learning what makes their home, home. Tracy is a tremendous asset in getting property sold.

No one fights harder for their client than Tracy. When there was a problem getting the property closed, she made phone calls and stayed on top of getting paperwork to the title company in a timely matter.

Tracy was an excellent choice

Working with Tracy Hollis was a very pleasant experience. She exceeded our expectations for a realtor. She knew we were conducting an estate sale and that we were 4 hours away so she went over and above to help us get the property ready to market. She was professional, kept us informed every step of the way, and very patient with all the questions we had. We were satisfied with the sales price and the time it took to sell given current market conditions in the area. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tracy.
