Tracy is a native of the Fort Worth area and has been a licensed Realtor with Helen Painter since 1999. She is also a 31+ year retired science and environmental educator, teaching in Grand Prairie ISD. Tracy truly enjoys helping make your dreams of owning your FIRST HOME, SECOND HOME, and RETIREMENT HOME as you progress through your home-ownership life. With her passion of educating people, as a first- time home buyer, she will take the time to walk you step by step through the process and to take all the mystery out of the paperwork. Her passion for the environment lead Tracy to continue her real estate education and receive her GREEN NAR Realtor Certification in 2000 – If you have questions about what GREEN means in relationship to your home, she is a great resource. Brynn has called Fort Worth home for most of her life! After graduating from Aledo High School, Brynn went to Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas where she was a member of Delta Delta Delta, involved in intramurals, and had the opportunity of being an analyst for a multifamily commercial real estate group, The Go Getters at Keller Williams. Here she learned how to underwrite and the ins and outs of commercial real estate. After her Senior year, Brynn decided to move back home to Fort Worth and explore a career in residential real estate. Real estate has brought Brynn many goals, including being the best at putting her clients first. She has loved getting to know each client, their story, and learning what makes their home, home. Wildly exceeded expectations!

Tracy says she is hands-on and she means it. She did everything from helping us pull up carpet to scrubbing bathrooms to trimming trees. She even washed curtains! She researched historical elements of the house. She arranged and coordinated bids for work needed while I was out of town. She truly understood what made this house stand out and made sure those elements were showcased. She "got" the neighborhood and the market for this house. She advised us perfectly on what to do... and not do... as sellers. Tracy is now more than the realtor I'd recommend to anyone who is looking to sell, she is also a new friend. Oh. Did I mention she got us a solid full price offer within 48 hours?

Tracy Hollis is a realty professional who knows exactly what to do to sell a house.

Tracy Hollis was able to sell my house to an individual buyer for a great price. She knew exactly what to do to get my old house ready. One thing she did that was especially helpful was to insist that I get my insurance company to inspect my roof after a bad hailstorm. The insurance company paid for most of the replacement, and the value of my house increased with a brand-new roof. I also appreciated her nice homey touches on the old house before she showed it. Finally, I have to commend her utter commitment and energy level. Tracy is totally committed to doing her best.

Tracy Hollis is the hardest working realtor in the industry. Period.

Tracy Hollis literally exceeded every expectation we had for a realtor while selling our family home. Market knowledge - she’s an unending well of it. Her experience coupled with her ability to quickly problem solve anything unfamiliar are invaluable. Communication - any other realtor would be hard pressed to beat her responsiveness and her ability to adapt to her clients communication style needs. Negotiation skills - she is the firm knowledgeable real estate ally you want in your corner at every stage of offer negotiation and she will exude the finesse and professionalism needed while doing it to get and keep good offers on the table and bad ones out the door. What makes her stand out from thousands of other realtors? -Her integrity. E V E R Y step of her processes are rooted in it, carried out with it in the forefront and never sacrificed. This includes her work ethic and willingness to devote personal time and energy to a sellers property where/when applicable. She goes above and beyond to make sure every part of her dealings are respectful to all interests involved.
