Tracy Hollis is an amazing realtor who accomplished prepping, cleaning, decorating our home in days.

Tracy has a "can-do" attitude and much knowledge as a realtor. She was friendly, was able to answer all our questions, and provided cleaners and a handy man to prepare the house when we were no longer able to do it ourselves. Then she listed the home and had 3 wonderful offers within days. Even though she was working on several listings at the same time, she met with us several times and sailed through the paper work. We HIGHLY recommend her and you will be glad you hired her.

Her knowledge and professionalism allowed me to enjoy complete confidence in the entire process.

Tracy far exceeded my high expectations to sell a house for me. She went above and beyond at every step and persevered to solve every difficulty that arose. Her vast experience and total professionalism made her a joy to work with and have complete confidence in. I highly recommend her for all your realtor needs and my family looks forward to using her in the future.

Wildly exceeded expectations!

Tracy says she is hands-on and she means it. She did everything from helping us pull up carpet to scrubbing bathrooms to trimming trees. She even washed curtains! She researched historical elements of the house. She arranged and coordinated bids for work needed while I was out of town. She truly understood what made this house stand out and made sure those elements were showcased. She "got" the neighborhood and the market for this house. She advised us perfectly on what to do... and not do... as sellers. Tracy is now more than the realtor I'd recommend to anyone who is looking to sell, she is also a new friend. Oh. Did I mention she got us a solid full price offer within 48 hours?

Tracy Hollis is a realty professional who knows exactly what to do to sell a house.

Tracy Hollis was able to sell my house to an individual buyer for a great price. She knew exactly what to do to get my old house ready. One thing she did that was especially helpful was to insist that I get my insurance company to inspect my roof after a bad hailstorm. The insurance company paid for most of the replacement, and the value of my house increased with a brand-new roof. I also appreciated her nice homey touches on the old house before she showed it. Finally, I have to commend her utter commitment and energy level. Tracy is totally committed to doing her best.

Tracy Hollis is the most exceptional realtor I have ever known.

I adore Tracy Hollis. She not only found my home but she also sold my home. She made everything so very easy going and went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment recommending her to anyone looking for a stress free buying or selling real estate experience.
