He also has a design background which really came in handy for my wife and I as we considered remodel options and even decorating details, etc., for the different rooms and spaces. This was my wife and I's first home purchase and first house that we built. Mark Montroy truly made the whole process enjoyable and with ease. He was very attentative with every question we had about the the building time frame and all the paper work. It took us close to a year to build and to get in our new house and within the whole time during that process Mark would follow up by email and phone calls to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns during that time. After we moved in 6 months later I had a question about a form on taxes and left him a voicemail not only did he call me back that day and he sent the form to me by email.
