Tracy Hollis was able to sell my house to an individual buyer for a great price. She knew exactly what to do to get my old house ready. One thing she did that was especially helpful was to insist that I get my insurance company to inspect my roof after a bad hailstorm. The insurance company paid for most of the replacement, and the value of my house increased with a brand-new roof. I also appreciated her nice homey touches on the old house before she showed it. Finally, I have to commend her utter commitment and energy level. Tracy is totally committed to doing her best.
