I needed to sell my father's home after his death. I had no idea where to start. His will specified "sell as is", but the deed was still under an old trust he had set up and dissolved. I got in touch with Tracy who assured me that she could assist with navigating through the trust and will. She reassured me that yes, in fact we could sell as is. What was a daunting and sad process was made simple with Tracy's help and compassion. My dad had owned that house for 62 years and there was a lot of emotional connection to it. This was my wife and I's first home purchase and first house that we built. Mark Montroy truly made the whole process enjoyable and with ease. He was very attentative with every question we had about the the building time frame and all the paper work. It took us close to a year to build and to get in our new house and within the whole time during that process Mark would follow up by email and phone calls to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns during that time. After we moved in 6 months later I had a question about a form on taxes and left him a voicemail not only did he call me back that day and he sent the form to me by email.
