After my house sold, she helped me make arrangements for a final cleaning. She even helped me move some of my items to my new house. I needed to sell my father's home after his death. I had no idea where to start. His will specified "sell as is", but the deed was still under an old trust he had set up and dissolved. I got in touch with Tracy who assured me that she could assist with navigating through the trust and will. She reassured me that yes, in fact we could sell as is. What was a daunting and sad process was made simple with Tracy's help and compassion. My dad had owned that house for 62 years and there was a lot of emotional connection to it. Tracy treated me and my sisters as if we were family, and respected the sell of the house as if it were her own families. She put in her own time to do some repairs and made it look better than it had in years. She worked with a roofer and our insurance company and was able to get a new roof put on it. I was overwhelmed with the process of cleaning out 62 years of stuff. Tracy helped us sort through it and found a place to donate or repurpose most of it. I felt guilty about the amount of time she was putting into getting it ready. She kept reassuring me, "this is what I do. Its my business model." I have sold many homes in my life, and never have I received the care, service and compassion that Tracy gave us. We ended up selling for more than we ever expected.
