She arranged showings of many houses during my house search. She explained all the steps needed to purchase a house once I found one. She took me to the house on Waits Avenue more than once because I wanted a second look. She explained the buying process every step of the way. Tracy helped me sell my house on Sagehill Drive. I had been in the house for 29 years. She taught me so much about the ins and outs of house selling. I had no idea how to go about selling until I met Tracy. She helped me go through items I had held on to for decades. She even sold some of the items I no longer needed. My house needed some repairs She made all the arrangements to have the repairs made and assisted me in doing some of the repairs myself. She helped me stage the house for viewing. She walked me through the process of scheduling the showings. She constantly looked at what houses were selling for in my area in order to determine the best asking price. After my house sold, she helped me make arrangements for a final cleaning. She even helped me move some of my items to my new house. During the process, Tracy kept in touch with me every step of the way. She explained everything I needed to know and what to expect at the closing.
