I had to sell my house as a part of my divorce and I knew Tracy through a mutual friend, so I asked her to represent me and sell my house. My 3202 square foot house was one of the biggest in my area and required a specific buyer. Several times we thought we might have had the right buyer, but the layout wasn’t what the family needed. Tracy stayed strong and changed up the marketing several times to try to show off the great assets my house had to offer. Over the year plus that my house was on the market, she kept me involved and knowledgeable as to what was happening with the local market and she even helped with a few things to keep the house pristine while we waited on the right buyer. Finally our wait ended in August and she was there with me all along the way as we raced toward closing. I could not have asked for a better partner to work with during my first home sale!

If I could give this review more than 5 stars I absolutely would! Totally a 10+! Tracy was recommended to us via a family member and we are so glad she was. Tracy met with us on day one and explained the whole process from beginning to end on how we needed to handle this sale. She dedicated countless hours of her own personal time to helping us sort out the contents of the house and prepare for an Estate sale. I would have never imagined a Realtor dedicating her own physical labor and time to help us do this. She also found us an Estate sale company to handle the sale. If we had questions about any part of the process, she was always available for our phone calls and texts at any given moment. She was always confident in her market knowledge and encouraged us through the whole process that we could sell this home in a timely manner (being as we were hoping to sell within a few months). This year has been a very difficult time for our family. On January 4th my husband was hospitalized for a bacterial blood infection which caused havoc through his body. He faced 7 operations through the year. At the time we were not ready to leave our home and seek living in a retirement community. We realized we had to make a way of life decision. Selling our home of 43 years was not on our radar to say the least. Tracy came into our lives via our daughter who has known her for many years and she thought Tracy was best suited to help us through this traumatic transition. We met a loving, caring and professional woman whose goal was to support and guide us throughout the journey of preparing our home for sale for the best price possible. She went above and beyond her promise to reach her goal for us. Her advice was a godsend. She painted, repaired, where it was needed throughout the house. Staging the rooms so they looked better than I thought they could ever look. Her energy and positivity was infectious throughout the entire process. She is our ANGEL to say the least. She contacted people to help us with the changes and repairs. Doing her upmost to take the burden off our shoulders and taking it upon her own. During this time her own home was damaged from a bad storm and she was dealing with taking care of that as well. At the closing she presented to us a memory book of our home. She had contacted our family and asked for their input, via photos of the shared events throughout the years in a home, which she included in the book. Such a beautiful thing to do. We know it was a God thing that Tracy came into our lives at this most stressful time. It is difficult to imagine who could have done a better job of selling our home and taking care of us up to the time of the closing. She is now part of the Edmondson’s family. God bless Tracy.
