We are so thankful to have worked with Daniel & Jacqueline to sell our home in Rough Hollow! They are true experts on Lakeway, which was what originally drew us to them. They were wonderful to work with — responsive, great communicators, and very detail- and process-oriented. Following their pricing and process recommendations is what allowed us to sell in just 4 days (before our open house!), while other homes on our street have sat on the market for months. They were also a huge help in getting ready to list. They had a network of vetted vendors for all the things we needed done and even helped coordinate schedules, which took so much off our plate. We are incredibly grateful and would recommend them to anyone!

During the home improvements, Daniel hired and project managed the team. He didn’t forget that I was living in the house – he worked around my schedule. Jacquelyn graciously handled all customer showings, negotiations and contracts. She answered endless questions from potential buyers. Together, Jacquelyn and Daniel were always available for any of my questions or ideas (or nervous breakdowns ). I felt complete supported during this experience. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, communicative, and genuinely invested in achieving the best outcome. They kept me informed every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and even exciting. I couldn't be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. Oh, and did I mention, I had two offers in five days! Just sayin’!

What I appreciated the most about working with Shea is how she responded to all of my questions and concerns along the way. She kept me abreast of steps in the process updating me with instructions like, “Here’s what you need to do by Tuesday,” “Here’s what will happen after thus & thus happens.” And my favorite: “You don’t have any homework this weekend; relax and enjoy.” Shea’s kind attention and lovely nature made what could have been an experience of overwhelming unease into a joyous one.

We worked with Laura and Rebecca and I can’t image a better experience. After struggling to sell last year, we got new insight, better recommendations on strategy and certainly better communication. Sold quickly for very close to asking price. Highly recommend working with Blessed Life Group.

From our first meeting with Jaymes, we just had a feeling that he was the right agent to lead us on this journey to sell our home. Jaymes was able to immediately put our thoughts and dreams into a timeline and tell us exactly when we needed to get our house on the market in order to take advantage of prime selling season. He was superb at recommending exactly what items needed to be upgraded or changed in order to get the price we wanted. And he gave us the tools to do it. Jaymes has worked in this area for many years and has a wonderful list of tradesmen and service people who will get things done in a timely and professional manner to make a house look its best. The proof was in the sale and our house, which was on the market less than 10 days. And, sold for over asking price. The plan we set up at our first meeting worked 100% and we could not have been happier. From start to finish, this team is great. Rachel in the office kept us on schedule and kept everyone in the loop at all times. Service from everyone involved was exceptional. Communications did not seem as smooth as p[ossible. Perhaps my fault but I would consider a secure documents website a nice addition. Also I would consider noting how each client wishes to communicate, either text or e-mail or phone calls and then have all agents conform to that. We believe that most of the delays and surprises were related to buyer requests.
