Our house search stretched over a period of time and Eric was there when we needed him to show us a home, but he didn’t pressure us at all. When we did find our home, his knowledge helped to make sure our bid was the winning one. We had no trouble reaching him with any questions and he was prompt in getting the answers. It’s the first home I buy sight unseen but he made the process as painless as possible due to my training requirements. I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy, I will come back to him to sell my home once my time comes to transfer to my next duty station.
