Andrew is an exceptional Realtor. Having been in the Residential Real Estate investing arena for over 45 years, I am very particular about what I look at and whom I work with. Andrew assisted me, during several trips to SC, in relocating from NY to SC. With his transparency in communication, his availability, his attention to detail, and his genuine caring and understanding of what was important to me, I was confident enough to purchase my first house site unseen, 2 1/2 years ago. He knew of my plan to potentially invest in SC and 2 1/2 years later we picked up like it was yesterday. He saw me through another transaction with the same integrity that he had the first time around. His knowledge of the local market is outstanding as well as his patience to find the right place, at the right price and with everything that I had on my “wish list”. Andrew is an exceptional Realtor, as well as a genuinely good person and friend, and I recommend him to everyone that I can and I look forward to doing more Real Estate business with him in the future.
