She greatly helped us with a yard sale to dispose of excess furniture from a second home. After the house was empty, she handled the long-distance negotiations and communications very well. There is an added bonus working with Emily. Her husband is a contractor. When selling an 18-year-old house, there will be a building inspection, and more than likely problems will be found and need to be repaired. The problem of getting the repairs done was greatly simplified by having Emily's husband, who is a contractor, fix them at a reasonable cost. Having sold several houses in the past, locating a repair service, and getting repairs done within the time constraints of the closing process can be stressful.

Emily knows everyone and her special ability to relate to people of all types is part of what makes her so successful. She kept me informed every step of the way and she’s just an awesome person all the way around. You won’t be sorry you hired her.

There are many good real-estate agents out there, but Taylor is on the top shelf for many reasons. First, her ability to deliver a successful sale is evident by the way she planned a successful marketing strategy to sell our home with a tenant occupying it.Her knowledge of the current real estate market was demonstrated when she priced the house at the high end of market value, and then sold it for a bit more! As a teaser, she posted a few pictures of the exterior along with the price tag on a social media site, advertised as up and coming. Selling our home with a tenant in it had its challenges, and we wanted to respect his privacy. But Taylor skillfully coordinated 2 very brief showings so as to not disturb the tenant and in 2 days, we accepted an offer for $5k more than asking price. Taylor works smart and is trustworthy . Andrew is amazing! We live in Ohio and saw a home that was likely to sell quick and he checked out every detail and showed us the home via face time. He made sure the closing went efficient and quick. When we visited the home for the first time he brought his sprayer and power washer for us to use. Also, checks the home when we are in Ohio which was a blessing during Hurricane Irma. I believe his going to be our first friend in Hilton Head.
