When I think of Tammy, I don’t think of her as my realtor. Let me explain. Yes, of course, she helped us seamlessly by a house within a very, very short time frame. She guided us along the way as first time home owners and helped us secure our first dream home among multiple bidders. She counseled us throughout the process of closing. She reminded us to submit our application in time for lower taxes. Among many other things. BUT, I still don’t think of her as our realtor, because she’s more than that. She’s a genuine friend who reaches out and checks on us. She cares about us as people. She’s always available for questions and never hesitates to connect us with local businesses when we need them. She’s a realtor who is a genuinely good person and who cares about the people she works with. How could you want anything more from someone involved in such a big decision? We are so grateful for her!

I experienced a lot of setbacks trying to get my house ready to list including a four inch snowfall that collapsed the screens on my lanai, a squirrel chewing through a pipe in my attic causing a flood in the walls of the master bedroom, and the death of my daughter. Rick was extremely helpful getting me through all of this. Great advice and a list of very competent people to help with things like junk removal, cleaning services and many other things. When the house was finally listed the whole process went smoothly and we ended with a very satisfactory result. He’s the one to call!
