Mike is hands down the best real estate agent I could have asked for. From start to finish, he was incredibly personable, attentive to my needs, and focused on every detail that mattered. He made the entire process feel seamless and easy, always taking the time to explain things clearly and make sure I felt comfortable with every step. His professionalism and trustworthiness really stood out, and I always felt like I was in good hands. I would recommend Mike to anyone looking to buy or sell — not only did I gain an excellent real estate agent, but I gained a friend as well.

I truly cannot recommend her enough! As a first time homebuyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to guide me through such an important milestone. She never gave up on me, took the time to find a home that fit my budget, and was always available, responsive, and willing to answer every question along the way. AND she made my closing day so so special! What really sets her apart is that her care for her clients doesn’t end at closing. She even helped me get my utilities connected, reminded me when my first mortgage payment was due, and continues to check in to make sure I have everything I need. She genuinely goes above and beyond, and it shows how much she cares. I am so grateful to have had her by my side throughout this journey. She is truly amazing, and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Marianne was everything we could have hoped for in a real estate agent. She spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for. She always listened to our concerns and did everything she could to address those concerns. She shared potential plans for renovations/outbuildings, called in experts on erosion, docks, septics, and general contracting. In almost all cases, she was several steps ahead of us on potential hurdles and had solutions lined up before we realized what we needed, before and after the sale! She was extremely responsive, and took the lead on much of the leg work needed to make the deal work. It’s important to note that at one point we walked away from the deal. We felt no pressure from her, rather she indicated she just wanted what would make us happy. She immediately pivoted to trying to find alternatives for us to consider. She had a lot of patience with us, but ultimately helped us to make the decision that was best for us. She truly walked by our side throughout the process. We have said she was “the secret sauce” to us owning the beautiful home we have today. She is the best agent we have had by far. We highly recommend!
