Marie was able to provide another smooth real estate transaction even though there were some challenges along the way with selling my house and finding the right house while having my daughter being born the same week of closing. If you need somebody to handle the stress and challenges of buying and selling real estate, marie is the person you want on your team. Can't recommend her enough.

Karen is simply the best! She is the utmost professional, knowledgable, patient, driven, and friendliest agent that we have ever come across in our 30 years of buying/selling houses. She sold our house for us and when we were back in the market to purchase, we knew there was no other choice to serve as our buying agent. She tirelessly worked with us and with multiple seller's agents to find the perfect house for our family in exactly the area we were wanting. She successfully negotiated with the seller's agent in our favor on multiple topics as well as coaching us through and listening to our requirements when purchasing the house. And she does it all with a graceful patience and a smile. If you are in the market to buy/sell, then look no further. Karen will get it done and you will be amazed!

Audrey made sure the closing was continuously moving along. She was quick to address any issues and assisted in resolving any issue that was encountered. She was keeping the Buyer (through their agent) aware of the delays encountered and reassured them that the closing was moving forward.
