I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!

Janea' is awesome to work with!! She helped me out throughout the homebuying process; knowing the correct questions to ask during showings when I didn't know them, along with helping push others in the process (seller, bank, lawyer, etc) to keep on task to the best of her ability! I highly recommend her to anyone who may be looking to purchase or sell in CHS!
