Karen was everything we were looking for in a realtor. Professional, responsive, efficient, knowledgeable. She has a great pulse on the housing market of Charleston and made excellent recommendations as to what areas to explore, what prices were fair, and she was extremely helpful in making our initial offer. She worked tirelessly with our very busy work schedules to answer calls/emails and show us houses. Once we were under contract, she was so good about keeping us on schedule and provided great recommendations for movers/closing attorneys/home inspectors/etc. I feel like a lot of other realtors in the area are too new to realty and new to Charleston so they don’t know the market well; Karen has an expertise that goes above and beyond, standing head and shoulders above the rest. Above all, she was kind. Karen answered even our silliest last-minute questions and explained everything we needed to know in buying our first home without judgement or condescension. Throughout the whole process, we felt cared for and like someone was watching out for us, guiding us in the right direction.
