We had an amazing experience working with Julie to sell our home! From the very beginning she displayed how knowledgeable she was about the market and our neighborhood in particular. Julie seemed to have done her research well before we actually put the house on the market so all we had to do was follow her suggestions and our house was easily under contract in about a week or so! She personally made sure that our house was clean and ready to go before showings and communicated everything that we needed to know throughout the entire process. Passing along feedback from potential buyers was a huge plus and beneficial as well. I don’t think I could have asked for a smoother selling process and can’t thank Julie enough for her professionalism, positive attitude, and guidance. Julie Douglass is definitely the way to go!

Working with Julie from ARC realty was an outstanding experience. From our first meeting she brought an informative level of market expertise, professionalism, and genuine dedication to finding us the right home. Buying or selling a home can easily become overwhelming, and we were doing both amidst my wife being pregnant. However, Julie made the entire process feel seamless for us. Her schedule flexibility & communication was prompt, transparent, and proactive—we always felt completely informed and supported every step of the way. Any questions or hesitations we had she addressed right away with confidence providing us reassurance each time a decisions had to me made. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the results from the process and I would definitely recommend Julie Douglass & her team to anyone without hesitation!
