Real estate teams in Schuylkill County

Tracey was compassionate, professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated throughout the sale of my mother’s house. Her expertise and genuine care made a difficult process much easier. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who truly cares about her client's! ❤️🏡

Tracey is the BEST!!!

My recently widowed mom wanted to find a new home and found one that fit perfectly but her existing house wasn't even up for sale yet. In this market, we needed a small miracle to get the house. I called Tracey, knowing she is one of the best, and she not only delivered getting an offer in on the property short notice but also handled the hardest part of getting her house listed and sold in an almost impossible time frame. We could not have done this without her! She is the best!

Tara Romig and her team was very helpful and understanding of the time frame my sister and I had to sell our parents house. They were always there to help with any questions we had and responded quick to either phone calls or texts.

Tara is at the top of the game! -Buying, -Selling or -"Just Looking": No matter who you are or what you need, her highly adaptable service style will find it for you. She is a very high functioning and extremely well connected individual. Her decades of experience give her a deep and complete understanding the market and people. I have done several real-estate transactions with Tara, all were smooth and according to plan, no hiccups or surprises. Even during COVID when the world was upside down, The home buying process was surprisingly normal. I tried her seven or eight years ago, and now I would not consider using anyone else; and I refer her every chance I get. When she is showing you a home she points out potential problems with the home or the neighbors and ask you the kinds of question that really make you think "What it will be like living there?" and "Is this what I want?"

Tara listed and sold our home in just one weekend! Her responsiveness and marketing strategy made the entire selling process seamless from start to finish.

Paul was very friendly and helpful though he never disclosed the house I bought had zero propane and I never got a realtor gift…first time ever

Paul is great guy that definitely goes the extra mile. He walked me through the entire process, gave me great advice and always answered my questions. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
