I had bought this home with Berkshire Hathaway so I knew I wanted to sell with their company when it was time. We were connected to Tara Romig and her team and I knew we found a good match. She indulged our suggestion to raise the asking price from her initial calculation. We were blown away by the interest and foot traffic and we ended up selling way above asking price.
