I cannot say enough wonderful things about Coral! She truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process of selling my home. She was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and make everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. She genuinely had my best interests at heart during the entire process. I am beyond grateful for her dedication, hard work, and support. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend Coral to anyone!

As first time home buyers during a sellers market, we were not confident in buying a home until we met Coral. Her strengths of being personable and professional led us to our dream home. We learned that sometimes buying a home can come with challenges, but with a proactive agent we were able to work through the challenges with ease. Without Coral, we would not be able to now say, “we are proud homeowners!” Thank you for being a part of our journey!! 🏡 💖

Working with Mark to sell my property was a great experience, and I'm more than happy to give him a five-star review. He was an exceptional communicator throughout the entire process. I was consistently kept informed about all the marketing efforts for my property and how conversations were progressing with buyer agents. This level of transparency was incredibly helpful and made me feel confident and well-informed every step of the way. Mark also provided clear and insightful guidance on market trends. He helped me thoroughly understand the data, which was crucial in selecting the list price that aligned with the current market conditions. During negotiations, his recommendations were incredibly meaningful and insightful. He clearly explained the different options and their implications, helping me to make well-informed decisions. Overall, we had a great experience, thanks to his professional and supportive approach. I would highly recommend Mark Flinchbaugh to anyone looking to sell their property.

Allow me start by saying Adam can price a home 🏠, correctly. So many agents shoot from the hip to get the listing. And they get it wrong time and time again. Not this guy. Mr. Flinchbaugh’s thorough preparations ,and attention to detail while working tirelessly, resulted in Settlement of my homestead in 43 days! Mr. Flinchbaugh came as a referral from a Trusted friend of 23 years , so I was not surprised at the result's as they were “ in line” based upon information from the referral . Pay attention and listen to The Realtor that knows what he talking about. Adam will exceed your expectations! Believe Me.

Brad and his team were extremely helpful throughout the process of selling my home and purchasing a new home. They were consistently professional and always answered my questions thoroughly and timely. They made the process easier by their availability and understanding of the involved processes. Despite some challenges, they were very supportive and patient in determining next steps.

Claire and her team was great. Very helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable.

I cannot recommend The Claire Chivington Team highly enough! This is the second time we have had the pleasure of working with their agent Jennifer Fields, and she was simply incredible both times throughout the entire home-buying process. From our very first interaction, Jennifer was responsive, knowledgeable, and truly had our best interests at heart. As out-of-state buyers, she made the process incredibly easy and seamless. Her expertise in the local real estate market was invaluable, and she was always available to answer our questions and provide sound advice. Jennifer listened carefully to understand our needs and preferences, and then expertly guided us to the perfect home. Her negotiation skills were top-notch, and she worked tirelessly to ensure we got the best possible deal. But Jennifer's exceptional service didn't stop there. She went above and beyond at every step, even checking in on us after the closing to make sure the transition was smooth. Her warm and personable nature also made what can be a stressful process actually enjoyable. We are thrilled to have another investment property in our portfolio, and we owe it all to Jennifer and the incredible team at The Claire Chivington Team. If you're in the market for a real estate agent, look no further - Jennifer and her team are simply the best in the business. We give them our highest possible recommendation!

Kim was like talking to a family member. She was always thinking of the next step and always keeping me informed with what was going on every step of the process.
