We have a very bad experience with our previous real estate agent when we bought our first home . When we are relocating here in Omaha, NE, we don't know anyone . But we prayed, Lord give us the right agent.Aaron was recommended by our closest friend . Aaron has a high ethical standards , he is honest , transparent , detailed oriented,problem solver & very kind. He is also very knowledgeable in his job, has strong network connections with the real estate agents,home inspections, title companies, contractors and almost everything . He is very good at negotiation because he deeply understands the market data .He is a very well skilled real estate agent, very smart but so grounded. He goes above and beyond in his job to help us navigate this very overwhelming journey . He is not just our real estate agent, he became our friend , our brother in the Lord and a family. Aaron knows the area and knows the market. We need a realtor to help with all the paperwork, it would be crazy to buy or sell without one. FSBO is nuts. If you need a realtor, Aaron and his team is a good choice.
