We have a very bad experience with our previous real estate agent when we bought our first home . When we are relocating here in Omaha, NE, we don't know anyone . But we prayed, Lord give us the right agent.Aaron was recommended by our closest friend . Aaron has a high ethical standards , he is honest , transparent , detailed oriented, problem solver & very kind. He is also very knowledgeable in his job, has strong network connections with the real estate agents, home inspections, title companies, contractors and almost everything . He is very good at negotiation because he deeply understands the market data .He is a very well skilled real estate agent, very smart but so grounded. He goes above and beyond in his job to help us navigate this very overwhelming journey . He is not just our real estate agent, he became our friend , our brother in the Lord and a family. To Aaron, we can never thank you enough . God bless you.

She is Extremely responsive, professional and her market knowledge is impressive. Tricia personally arranged cleaners and lawn service to help us make the house look presentable and she frequently checked on the house after we moved and were waiting to sell. Her energy was positive, and that was reflective during the open house as several prospective buyers attended. Our neighbor said our realtor was awesome and we agree. Our home was only on the market for about a week before an offer was made. Having worked with her before to find a home in the Omaha area, it is no accident that we retained her services when it was time to sell our house. Retain Tricia as your agent if you are planning to sell or buy.
