I reached out to Kim when I needed help selling my house with very short notice. Kim was thorough and amazing through the whole process. She even helped me clean stuff out when she certainly did not need to do that. I would recommend Kim for your buying or selling needs. You will not regret it. Thanks again Kim for everything!

She is Extremely responsive, professional and her market knowledge is impressive. Tricia personally arranged cleaners and lawn service to help us make the house look presentable and she frequently checked on the house after we moved and were waiting to sell. Her energy was positive, and that was reflective during the open house as several prospective buyers attended. Our neighbor said our realtor was awesome and we agree. Our home was only on the market for about a week before an offer was made. Having worked with her before to find a home in the Omaha area, it is no accident that we retained her services when it was time to sell our house. Retain Tricia as your agent if you are planning to sell or buy.

Heather did everything she could to help explain the process and make it easy for a first time home buyer like myself. Even with some of the more technical things, she was able to explain it to me and help guide me thru next steps.
