Working with Tricia Thierolf during our home-building process was an outstanding experience. From start to finish, she demonstrated exceptional professionalism, communication, and dedication. Tricia was always willing to meet with us to review our contract, clarify details, and ensure we felt confident every step of the way. She consistently went above and beyond by coordinating with the builder on our behalf, whether it was addressing change notifications, resolving issues, or catching things the builder missed. Her attention to detail and proactive approach made a complex process feel manageable and smooth. Tricia’s market knowledge and responsiveness were invaluable, and we truly appreciated her commitment to advocating for us. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable realtor who genuinely cares about her clients.
