He definitely believes in striking while the iron is hot, and helped us get our offer submitted, even though it was about 9 pm. His decisive actions and knowledge of how to write an offer that sets it above other offers without the need to offer more money is what lead to the favorable decision on our offer so we got the property that we really wanted.
