We heard about Austin thru a family friend and we decided to give him a call. Turns out that was the best decision we made through out this process. Austin did his research to list our house at a competitive value which was higher than the first agent we talked too. Austin always communicated with us and answered all our questions in a timely manner. What I liked the most about working with Austin is that after our first meeting he came up with a plan, he walked us through it and then executed it just like he told us. When the house went on the market he stayed in constant contact updating us on all the viewings. After two days on the market he reviewed the offers with us and we ended up selling the house for over asking price. We are really happy with our decision of choosing Austin as our agent.
