We lived out of state and our property management company left us in an absolutely terrible situation with our home in Omaha. Monica came in and worked with us at every step. She had the professionalism and experience to get our home ready for sale from afar. I was so grateful to be able to trust her as we couldn’t watch all that was going on or being completed week by week. My husband and I have bought and sold a few homes now but I’ve never worked with a real estate agent with her kindness, dedication and know how.

Mo is the best real estate agent, she communicated with me every step of the way and I was definitely glad to have her in my corner during negotiations. She even referred us to someone to help set up security cameras, and a handyman. I will definitely refer her to anyone I know buying/selling a house.

Mike supported our unique needs to finding a property that was 5-10 minute commute of Creighton University. We were also buying the property from 1,200 miles away. Mike prepared for our visit in which we viewed ~7 properties. With a few offers to purchase falling through, Mike monitored the market for us and when new properties became available, he went to visit and we did virtual walk throughs. Mike's knowledge of the market and Omaha neighborhoods goes back to the days of him riding his bike around this Omaha with friends and family, playing baseball, going to High school and then watching the neighbors change as an adult. Mike is knowledgeable about home systems (Heating A/C) and construction. He has an eye for things that could be a problem and those more easily addressed. Mike also has a network of contractors (many of those he personally used or knows from also growing up in Omaha) to support inspections and any items required to be addressed. As a photographer Mike has an eye for details and as a hobbyist in woodworking he can see the details in the home construction. If you are looking for a drama free agent, with real knowledge of the Omaha market you can trust Mike will work for you in selling or purchasing real estate.
