Nicki represented us in both the sale and purchase of our new home. She was a great advocate for us in the negotiation process on both parts.

It didn't take Kim long to find us the perfect house. After showing us a couple that were good but didn't quite feel right she contacted us about a house that just hit the market. Once we saw it we just knew it was THE house. She helped us through the whole process since this was our first house. She was the most amazing agent and would highly recommend her.

Selling my mom’s house was something I knew would be hard, both emotionally and logistically, but Kim made it feel manageable every step of the way. From the very beginning, she treated the process with so much care and compassion — not just as another sale, but as something that truly mattered to our family. She was patient, understanding, and always available to answer questions or just talk things through. I never felt rushed or pressured — only supported. Kim handled every detail with professionalism and kindness, and her calm confidence made such a difference. I’m so grateful for the way she helped guide us through this chapter. If you’re looking for someone who not only knows real estate but also leads with heart, Kim is exactly that person.
