Aaron went above and beyond for me and my family. I didn't think she was close to a reasonable starting price. She suggested $100K. There's no way that was acceptable. We came back and suggested $120K. Which still sounded low. The final sale price was $181K. That's a huge discrepancy. I question her market knowledge.
