She provided excellent suggestions on houses to look at, advise on negotiating a purchase price, and helped us close the deal quickly. She also offered excellent advice on when to list our house, guidance on getting the house ready for listing photos, helpful suggestions on areas in the house that needed attention and successfully found the perfect buyer for our house. She was always quick to respond to our many questions and help us maintain a positive attitude. She kept us aware of any updates or concerns throughout our journey. There were some issues with the buyers but Nicki took on the challenges and got us to a successful and timely closing. My wife and I were very happy with her!
