Austin is a great and honorable person in addition to being a great agent and realtor. In terms of real estate, he really represented me and went to bat for me as my advocate. Then, in terms of being a person and having and maintaining inter-personal relationships, he went out of his way and spent extra time to represent and help me. For example, when he stayed up past midnight and even more than my own waking and sleeping hours, to bid for a property. He also went out of his way to advise me in other means besides bidding and buying at a price which would seal the deal but more importantly be advantageous for me. E.g. He advised me to write a personal letter to the Seller to appeal to his emotional senses in addition to the bidding price to help the Seller accept my bid. Even after the official relationship between agent and client ended, he still continued the relationship. We are still in contact with each other to make sure that my purchase and continued transition is good and smooth after the purchase is completed. He continues to advise and really care about my family and me with sage wisdom. Having this type of attention and care is rare and extremely essential.
