We are extremely lucky to have Tony as our realtor, recommended by our loan agent. As first-time home buyers, we had lots of questions, and Tony is always there to answer them and go into details with us. Tony knows the Bay Area like the back of his hand! He can tell you everything about each house we found - schools, neighborhoods, pros, and cons. If he hasn't been to the house before, he will still remember all the important things. It's just amazing! Unlike other realtors we met, Tony doesn't only care about what our budget is. He asks us what's most important for our home, so we can make a list of criteria and narrow down from hundreds of listings. Tony guided us through more than 60 properties and arranged 25 tours. For each listing, he will tell us why we should or shouldn't visit. This alone saved tons of our time. During the tour, he taught us how to avoid tricky things (for a first time homeowner also), like cracked foundations, uneven floors, dated house layouts, and wood rots. He even knows the estimated renovation budget for fixing those big issues, if we really liked the house! This helps us make informed decisions. After we were in contract, Tony made sure everything was okay with our new home. He checked the property a few times, took photos for us, and coordinated with top-notch movers to help us move in. Tony is truly a one-stop shop for us! Thank you so much, Tony!
