David was extremely helpful throughout the sales process. I live out of the area from the property and he was always willing to handle things that needed to be done at the house for me. He did a lot of legwork to drum up interest around the neighborhood and some of the highest offers I received were from prospective buyers with connections to neighbors. The final sales price ended up being higher than I expected going in. Would definitely recommend David as an agent.

I've known David for years now. He helped us buy 2 homes, and soon will help us sell one. Not only he is knowledgeable and efficient, but David also helped us avoid several other homes with issues that were not easy to spot, with either the property itself or the neighborhood. When it comes to purchase price, David always helped us bid spot on, enough to get the property but never overpaying. He was incredibly patient also. I can't recommend him enough.
