All documents were signed online and offers were presented using an online tool which made comparison super easy. And finally, we made sure Erfan and his team had all the tools to work with, so we completely put him in charge of pricing the house. Here Erfan really did his "magic", working with buyers agents to collect offers, keeping buyers informed and negotiating the best deal for all parties involved. In the end, the sale price vastly exceeded our expectations. Long review short: We've sold 4 houses in so far and Erfan by far was the best selling experience and the best outcome. When I relocated on short notice for work, I needed an agent who would would get my property ready for sale and get it sold in short order, all while I was across the country. Peter exceeded my expectations: he arranged repairs, cleaning, and staging in record time. The staging was top notch, and with his effective pricing and marketing plan, We ended up under contract prior to the originally-planned listing date. He negotiated closing dates and selected a great escrow officer, leading to a closing 12 days prior to the date specified in the contract.
