I recently had the pleasure of working with Vladlena to purchase a new home. Being a first time home buyer I was very nervous about the whole process but from our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, Vladlena was very helpful! She is highly knowledgeable and very patient in understanding my situation and explaining everything to me. She also went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property. She came through with her commitment to excellence. Her negotiation skills are great and she consistently found ways to get me the best deal possible. She has the top three qualities of a realtor: experience, knowledge, and relationships. I was looking for a good real estate agent in California, Florida, and Arizona for investment when met Vladlena at an open house in Oakland. During the event she answered all questions about location of the house, it's functions, current market etc. So for sure, she is a high-quality professional in all areas of her work, also, her communication is perfect, knowledge is excellent. That is why I decided to have her as an agent in our deal of buying a house in Oakland and recommended to my partner. That was not easy, but just because Vladlena is a perfect specialist, we successfully done. Very important to note that she is very nice, open and friendly. Absolute lifesaver, we didn't really start working with an agent until we met Vlada (and we wasted months in talks with 2 other agents). We insisted that we didn't want what we could afford; we wanted something bigger, nicer, and with more style. That's what we got. Vlada didn't create the listing, she just secured it for us. We started to think about buying a new home 6 months prior to the purchase, that's when I first called Vladlena and was impressed with the level of detail of her answers and a number of different options and perspectives. When we felt that we were ready to actually look for our future home, she spent many Saturdays and Sundays driving with us around Peninsula to show us housea from the list she prepared for us during the week. The list was carefully tailored to our requirements: number of bedrooms/bathrooms, price and school ratings. It was always a pleasure to see them again, Vladlena and her husband Adam, who has also helped us to see houses from the fixer/remodeling perspective in case we wanted to go for a fixer upper. We always felt that we were in good hands. And when we finally found the right house, she introduced us to a mortgage broker who did unbelievable job in guiding us to closing the purchase. Even after closing they continue to help us. We are very happy to have met Vladlena and Adam and highly recommend working with them!

We loved how engaged she was, always available and on top of everything. It was overall a great and smooth experience. All questions were answered (and we had a lot) immediately, even if it was late night. Thanks Georg
