Sebastien was responsive to our needs and hyper communicative. Even on vacation he was reachable and plugged in. Sebastien was thorough. He showed up at every house we showed interest in and inspected it until he was satisfied that he'd be able to answer any questions we'd have and until he had every question of his addressed. Sebastien was also very knowledgeable. He asked the right questions to the sellers, dug into details about each property, and had deep market knowledge to integrate into our understanding about each property. Finally, Sebastien builds relationships. He connected with sellers' agents and built tremendous rapport with them each time we submitted an offer.

As a first-time homebuyer, I felt guided and supported by Ed through a very twisty-turning buying experience. All through it Ed was patient and explained everything clearly to me, there was no problem that Ed couldn't solve. He played therapist, mentor and puzzle solver. Selling my place wasn't easy especially having to deal with the city government and Ed went over and beyond to get everything ready to sell and followed the process very closely to make sure everything was done accordingly. There is no other person who I would've trusted with my place and Ed is an amazing, patient and wonderful guy. There is absolutely no doubt that you can trust Ed to get your place sold and will do whatever he needs to accomplish that. He's been in the business for a long time and knows lots of folks who can resolve and fix any problems around the home. And on top of that, I wasn't even in the country while the place was sold. Three offers in a week despite a tough market they are superably professional, and have a do it all mentality. They sold my large pieces and arranged for other stuff to be taken away at no charge. They also arranged to have the whole place painted by their very reasonable guy, Francisco, looked great. I continue to recommend them to everyone, no reservations.
