Excellent agent support

David was extremely helpful throughout the sales process. I live out of the area from the property and he was always willing to handle things that needed to be done at the house for me. He did a lot of legwork to drum up interest around the neighborhood and some of the highest offers I received were from prospective buyers with connections to neighbors. The final sales price ended up being higher than I expected going in. Would definitely recommend David as an agent.
