Oh my gosh, where do I even start with how much we love Robin! We actually knew Robin from a close family member years ago. Robin sold our starter home and helped us to purchase our upgrade home 7 years ago. She was on top of everything from the beginning to the very end. She even went our of her way to get us settle in by providing with us with referrals with home improvement professionals. I remember 7 years ago, it was a crazy hot market for sellers. As buyers, we were faced with stiff competitions as buyers would make offers that were way above the asking price. On top of that, we were also facing buyers who would buy homes with cold hard cash! I mean the situation was grim for us but we didn't fret because we had Robin on our side! Robin was able to get the sellers to accept our offer even when they had an all cash offer! Fast forward to 7 years later in this crazy Covid pandemic, the housing market in the bay area soared like a rocket taking off! After many consultations with Robin, my wife and I decided this was the perfect opportunity to upgrade to a better neighborhood and a bigger home. Robin even provided us with contractors and stagers who upgraded our home to a next level where we were hesitant to sell! Let me tell you this, if I had to hire my own general contractors, this remodel would have cost us 80k to 100k. But with Robin's help, we were able to cut that cost down, way down to the point where we were motivated! Robin is an agent who will be there for you from the beginning to the very end. She was able to provide us with the complete real estate selling and buying package from providing referrals for contractors to post escrow closing help with designing ideas!
