I found out about Jay through word of mouth- a friend of a friend. I was so pleased to have found him. He guided me completely from start to finish with respect and great personal attention. He spent a considerable amount of time with me at our initiol meeting, was well prepared, and had researched the market, and was willing to take all the time I needed to answer any and all of my questions. Throughout the whole process, he was so incredibly helpful- there for me in every step of the way- from figuring out the overall strategy, to helping me with an Estate sale, and how to clear out my parents house, working through all the steps to upgrade the home, negotiated with the City of Saratoga for me as well as contractors. In just two and a half months ( the neighbors marveled and complimented the changes), we took an outdated, fairly run down home, packed with stuff, and made it beautiful to sell. He set up a great team to upgrade and remodel the house, allowing me to make as many decisions as I cared to, and wished to be involved with. He negotiated the best quotes for me on the work to be done, took me to the cabinet, tile and stone stores, helped in maintencence of the home and pool, and followed through with every aspect, above and beyond what I thought a realtor would have time for, or even do. He was completely respectful and thorough in exploring the different options in selling the home from start to finish. He followed through with everything, and always promptly returned my calls, addressing every and any concern, and met with contractors for repairs. He always answered all of my questions, and explained the contracts with detailed care. He was so pleasant and warm to be around as well, with a wonderful personality and sense of humor. The BEST!
