There's great communication. We never felt like we were 900 miles away. Skip and Dave Binder were extremely helpful and patient when we were here for a four day tour of homes from Rio Rancho to Los Lunas. We love our new home and really appreciate the effort put in to get us here. The local snacks in the Welcome basket were very tasty.
