We had never sold with a realtor before. We wanted someone who actively positioned our property to likely buyers, vs babysitting the listing until an interested party comes along. Mark is unique among realtors we considered in that he maintains strong relationships with buyers' agents, which meant our property received high visibility. We followed Mark's recommendations for staging and photography, which worked exceptionally well. We received multiple offers and accepted an offer less than three weeks after listing. Mark communicated well the advantages and disadvantages of the offers received. We had done a pre-listing inspection, which Mark used to position our response to the buyer's inspection. In addition, he is much more skilled and efficient than we would have been responding to items during the inspection contingency. We designed and built our home 40 years ago as a "forever home" and are satisfied we received the best outcome feasible by selling at the time we chose. While we could afford to wait for a buyer, there are many reasons why that isn't a desirable choice. We selected Mark because of his track record positioning homes to sell, while keeping his listings competitive within market constraints. He works hard to earn his commission, and he earned our trust and respect.
