We designed and built our home 40 years ago as a "forever home" and are satisfied we received the best outcome feasible by selling at the time we chose. While we could afford to wait for a buyer, there are many reasons why that isn't a desirable choice. We selected Mark because of his track record positioning homes to sell, while keeping his listings competitive within market constraints.
