I could start with a short story and simply say that Linda is an excellent realtor and an all-around wonderful person to work with—especially when it comes to one of the biggest decisions in a person’s life: finding the perfect home. But my story isn’t short. So if you’re still reading, here is my full experience with Linda. First, I should mention that I was probably the worst kind of client a realtor could ask for. I wanted the perfect home, and I was in absolutely no rush to find it. I wasn’t relocating for a job or family. I was searching for the home I could eventually retire in, and I was willing to wait as long as it took. But none of that bothered Linda. She was incredibly patient and showed us countless homes throughout the region. She stuck with us through the good, the bad, and the ugly—and she never once hesitated to show us any home we wanted to see. I also want to share how I met Linda. I was looking at homes online from another state and filled out an online form for information. Just ten minutes after submitting my details, Linda called me—at eight o’clock in the evening. That alone shows how hard she works. What amazes me even more is that from that first call to the day we found our home, three and a half years passed. Like I said, I was in no rush—I wanted the perfect home. And with Linda’s help, I finally found it. Linda was there all the way until the end, even sitting with us while we signed the closing papers. After closing, I joked with her that I must hold the record for the longest home search. To my surprise, she told me no—I wasn’t even close! She had another client who had been looking for four years and had just started their purchase process. And here I thought I was the difficult one. I truly have no complaints. Linda was professional, patient, and helpful every single minute of the journey. If I ever had to do this again, I would not hesitate to have Linda as my agent. Thank you, Linda.

Skip and team have a deep knowledge of not only the Albuquerque market but also the East Mountains. Skip and David were very active in showing the house and overseeing some repairs as well as inspections. Communication was excellent. I bought the home through Skip and the experience was so good I did not consider anyone else when it was time to sell. Thank you Skip and David!

Carina made our house purchase a positive experience from the very beginning. My spouse and I are first time homeowners and had no idea about the process of buying a home. A few months before we met her for a house hunting trip, she sent us information about the process and then spent at least an hour on two different phone calls going through it with us and patiently and thoroughly answering all our questions. Between the initial call and the house hunting trip, she sent us listings according to our price range, desired locations, and housing requirements. As the trip got closer, she organized our top choices and scheduled walk throughs and even printed the listings for us. During the trip, she picked us up and drove us to the homes so we could focus on looking around and taking in the neighborhoods. She thoroughly understands the housing market in Albuquerque and answered all our questions about different neighborhoods and home styles. As she listened to our comments about the homes we visited, she intuited what we really wanted even before we could express it and pivoted quickly, guiding us to the right neighborhoods with homes we were excited about. On our second day of visits we found the right house, the next morning she had helped us submit an offer, and the morning after that it was accepted! After the house was under contract, Carina kept us on track to meet all of the deadlines. Her weekly progress updates were so helpful! She worked with the lender to make sure they had what they needed, she recommended solid home inspectors with great customer service, and she proactively reviewed inspection reports and made recommendations on how to respond to them. Even after the closing, she stopped by the house each week to check on the property until we arrived in Albuquerque a few weeks later. Buying a home was daunting, but Carina had our backs and helped us feel satisfied with the decisions we made and the home we bought.

Carina was simply the best agent I have ever had. She really listened to our needs and wants and tailored the viewings to meet homes that met these items. Most importantly she was very flexible. We needed to change the schedule due to a visit with a guidance counselor, and Carina was able to adjust to it. Additionally post contract Carina kept us up to date on what was happening with inspections, appraisals and other items. If you are buying a home in Albuquerque you can depend on Carina getting you your dream home.
