Skip is very responsive with communication even when the situation does not go as expected. He lays out how the market is doing and what to expect. If I were doing this again I would ask and pay for an appraisal so I would have a greater understanding and expectation of the market price and the selling price expectations.

We moved from out of state, so before we even met Skip, we watched many of his videos to learn about the Albuquerque area in general and the real estate market in particular. There's great communication. We never felt like we were 900 miles away.
