Mark was fully prepared and highly professional during our first meeting. His marketing portfolios were very impressive, he was organized and detailed in his explanation of the process. One thing that stood out to us in our situation is we had a house that needed a lot of work which we could not do - but he was very supportive of our decision to sell as is. With his excellent market knowledge he advised with on point pricing despite the houses condition and we were very happy with our offer and how quickly it sold as well.
